Refund policy

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Condition of the Returned Product

Once the return is received at our facilities, the product will be inspected by our team to verify its overall condition, functionality and preservation of the original packaging.

Returns will be assessed according to the condition in which the product is received:

  • Product in perfect condition with intact original packaging: full refund.
  • Product with minor signs of use, packaging damage or partial deterioration: a partial depreciation may be applied to the refund amount.
  • Product severely damaged, incomplete, improperly handled or no longer suitable for resale: the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

The condition of the original packaging is especially important for certain products, as it forms part of the commercial value of the item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of logistical error, defective product or incident attributable to BRAVE.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised products.
  • Hygiene or personal care items.
  • Perishable products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Right of Withdrawal – European Union

If your order was placed within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags and original packaging, together with the corresponding proof of purchase.

Refunds

No refund will be issued until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Once the return has been reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to process the refund.

These conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation and European consumer protection regulations applicable as of May 2026.
